Returns and Exchanges

 

Return Policy

If you have received a defective product, an incorrect size, or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately for a return authorization number so that we can quickly process your return and ensure our satisfaction. All items must be returned in ‘as sold’ condition, unworn and in original packaging with all tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 21 days of customers receipt of the product. 

Accessories cannot be returned.

Clearance items cannot be returned and can only be exchanged (pending stock availability).

Rugby Canada will inspect all returns and exchanges and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition the item was returned in.

If a refund is required, the buyer will be refunded the amount he/she paid for the product.

Processing a return or exchange may take up to 7 business days (pending stock availability).

 

How to Make a Return

Review the above criteria and make sure the items are eligible for a return.

Package up the item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return, and if you would like to exchange the item(s) or return for a refund.

Send the package back to us, and take note of your tracking number.

When we have received the items, we will email you when your return/exchange is processed and completed.

 

Faulty Goods

We try to ensure that all goods are the highest quality. If you receive a faulty item, return it to Rugby Canada, Merchandise Department, 30 East Beaver Creek Rd., Suite 110 Richmond Hill, Ontario, CANADA L4B 1J2

We recommend you get a proof of postage for all returned goods – we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.
