How can I apply a promotional code or gift certificate?
Step 1: Click on your shopping cart in the upper right hand corner of the screen. (This will show you all of the items you have selected and the sizes)
Step 2: Scroll down to the Discount Codes section
Step 3: Input the code and click "Apply Coupon" (This will apply the discount to your total cost)
Step 4: Click Proceed to Checkout and continue entering your information

Why is FedEx less expensive than Canada Post?
With the high volume of packages that Rugby Canada sends, we are able to offer our customers a discounted shipping rate through FedEx.
Where is your store located?
The Rugby Canada storefront is located in our Head Office at 30 East Beaver Creek Rd., Suite 110, Richmond Hill, Ontario.
What are your store hours?
The Rugby Canada store hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 3:30pm (EST).
(Excluding Holidays, and days leading up to and during Rugby Canada International games and Competitions).
Why do I have to make an appointment to come into the store?
The Rugby Canada warehouse is located offsite, we like to hear from our customers before they come into the store to make sure that we have the products they are interested in – in the right size – available when they arrive.
I really like some of your products but you don’t have my size available, do you restock?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if the products that you are interested in will be restocked.
I am having difficulty understanding the size chart, can you please clarify?
The size chart is broken down by the different brands that we carry. Not all brands fit in the same way, so we have listed the size of each brand to make sure our customers can pick the size that will be the best fit.
